Fees on application

In partnership with a select group of trusted nanny agencies, we work closely with families to discreetly secure high-calibre nannies, rota nannies, night nannies, or maternity nurses.

Having understood your requirements, we begin by assisting you in drafting a tailored job description and advising on terms and conditions designed to attract the most suitable candidates. Once the role is advertised, we will then share the details with our extensive network of nannies.

As applications come in, we meticulously review CVs and references, conducting preliminary interviews on your behalf. We then present the details of standout candidates, accompanied by our feedback from their initial interview. If desired, we can also attend second-stage interviews or trial days with you, offering our own guidance and insights to ensure you make the best choice for your family.

Once you have selected your preferred candidate, we collaborate with the relevant agency to finalise all administrative details, including contracts, pensions, taxes, and visas.

Even after your nanny begins their role, we can provide ongoing support to address any initial adjustments or long-term challenges, ensuring a seamless and successful relationship for both parties.

Kindly note that your agency fees are not included in our consultancy fees. These fees can either be settled directly by you with the agency or, if preferred, we can arrange payment on your behalf.
