Sabina Borton, Family Consultant
Co-Founder of ESB, Sabina is a supportive, knowledgeable, and discreet Family Consultant. With over 14 years’ experience as an early-childhood specialist, she has enjoyed a glittering career as a degree-educated Norland Nanny, working with royalty and international UHNW families covering London, Dubai, Monaco, and New York.
Sabina provides a handheld, experience and evidence-led approach to her services. As well as practical advice and support for soon-to-be and new parents through her consultations, she is on hand to lend a reassuring ear, and is a helpful sounding-board for all things parenting. As a relatively new parent herself, Sabina’s first-hand experiences as a mother and Norland Nanny provide her with a unique perspective on realities of parenthood.
Sabina has poured her years of professional and personal experience into her most popular offering to families, our Pregnancy Concierge service and Nanny Search and Advisory Services.
Away from work, Sabina’s greatest pleasure is spending time in the countryside with her young son and family.

Edward Borton, Education Consultant
Before co-founding ESB, Edward worked as the assistant headmaster at one of the UK's leading independent schools, King’s College School, Wimbledon, having taught at Whitgift School and Clifton College in the earlier stages of his career.
Based in London, Edward’s clients vary from pregnant mothers and new parents looking for handheld support and advice on the best pre-schools and prep schools in central London, families preparing for the 7+, 8+, 11+, and 13+ to academically selective prep, grammar, and senior schools in London and beyond, and domestic and international families relocating to a new corner of southern England.
With years of experience in the bank, ongoing relationships with pre-schools and schools, and a range of assessment tools at his disposal, Edward places particular importance on guiding parents to choose the right pre-school and school for their child based upon their academic ability, character, and wider interests.
Edward also supports families faced with competitive school entrance exams through our school placement package - an elite, consultant-guided strategic planning and preparation service, working with families who choose to be child-led, parent-led, or tutor-led.
Edward’s educational portfolio includes qualifications from Harvard University, Oxford University, Exeter University, and the United Nations.
Away from work, Edward is most likely to be found at The Oval in the summer months, watching county or international cricket, or at the Recreation Ground during the winter, supporting his lifelong team, Bath Rugby.
